If you're not in love with your ZAYLORA, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
How it works
- Email care@zaylora.com with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label.
- Once received, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Item should be in original packaging.
Damaged on arrival?
Email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it at no cost.
